Delete your Challenge Me account
You can permanently delete your Challenge Me account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app.
How to delete your account (in the app)
- Open the Challenge Me app
- Open the side menu and tap Settings
- In the Account section, tap Delete account
- Confirm the action
What data is deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Email address
- Name and profile picture
- User ID
- All challenge history (puzzles, brain map, scores)
- Leaderboard entries
Retention period
Your data is deleted immediately upon confirmation in the app. Internal backup copies are permanently removed within 30 days.
Alternative method
If you cannot use the app (e.g. lost access), email us at info@challengeme-app.com with the subject "Account deletion request". We will delete your account within 30 days.
